Global Salary Atlas was built to close that gap: one place to compare salary, tax, cost of living and quality of life across 195 countries and 500+ professions, sourced transparently and updated on a fixed schedule, free for anyone to use without an account.
Our mission is to make global compensation transparent. We believe the ability to compare what a role pays in one country versus another — after tax, after cost of living — shouldn't depend on who you know or what you can afford to pay for a report. It should be a free, well-sourced starting point available to anyone.
We want Global Salary Atlas to become the reference point people reach for first when a conversation turns to "what does that actually pay, and where." Not the loudest voice in the room, but the most consistently sourced one — a platform professionals, journalists, and researchers trust precisely because it shows its work.
